The full sized pepper popper steel target is designed from the IPSC defined version.
 
We use a water bath precision plasma cutter to cut all of our metal targets. The rifle target mounting holes are designed for 1/2" carriage bolts.

Our base for this target plate is the rifle popper  base that we use for our IPSC full sized Classic popper. The bottom portion of either target is used to protect most of the base frame and all of the hinge assembly.
