The 2/3 sized Classic pepper popper steel target is designed from the IPSC Classic full size defined version.
 
We use a water bath precision plasma cutter to cut all of our metal targets. The rifle target mounting holes are designed for 1/2" carriage bolts.  

Our base for this target plate is the rifle popper small base that we use for our IPSC 2/3 sized pepper popper. The bottom portion of either target is used to protect most of the base frame and all of the hinge assembly.
