 Our Classic Pepper Popper metal targets are cut from AR400 Steel.

The 2/3 sized Mini Classic pepper popper steel target is designed from the IPSC defined version.
 
We use a water bath precision plasma cutter to cut all of our metal targets. The rifle target mounting holes are designed for 1/2" carriage bolts..

Our base for this target plate is the small Hand Gun base that we use for our IPSC 2/3 sized pepper popper.
